Leagues

In BetLab leagues are used for setting up and analysing algorithms. The user can save the required tournaments in a separate list, apply it in different algorithms and view signal statistics for each league.

Lists of leagues

On the “My Leagues” page or when setting up an algorithm you can create a list of the required championships. For example, you can add the leading European leagues, second divisions or tournaments of a certain region. The saved list is then used in other algorithms.

Statistics by leagues

On the “Leagues” tab the algorithm results are divided by tournaments. This allows seeing the number of signals, hit rate and other metrics for each league, as well as finding championships whose results differ noticeably from the overall ones.

How to evaluate results

The breakdown helps to understand how evenly the strategy works in different tournaments. However a weak or strong result in one league may be related to a small number of signals, therefore together with the metrics it is necessary to take into account the sample size.
