In a thrilling Brazilian Campeonato Carioca B2 clash, Búzios edged out Paraty 3-2 on home soil. The hosts took the lead in the very first minute and went into half-time 1-0 up. Paraty pulled one back after the break, but Búzios struck twice more to seal the points. Búzios enjoyed 53 % possession, while Paraty earned a slight edge in corners (6-5). Both sides collected four yellow cards, yet a red card shown to the hosts did not prevent them from holding on for victory.
