The FNL Cup of Cyprus is a knockout competition organized by the Cyprus Football Association (CFA) exclusively for clubs in the First National Division (FNL), the country's second-tier league. It provides mid-table teams an opportunity to shine, often delivering upsets against higher-division opponents in later rounds, and plays a key role in nurturing Cypriot football's grassroots and youth development.

Launched in the 1960s amid Cyprus football's growth, the inaugural edition kicked off in 1962. It gained traction in the 1980s as FNL sides challenged top-flight giants like AEK Larnaca and APOEL.
